How can I join a community? What do I need to consider?

To join a community, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the ummadum app.
  2. Tap on "Communities" in the bottom bar.
  3. Search for the community by either entering the name or scanning the QR code or entering the 7-digit invitation code.
  4. When you have found the community, tap on "Join".
  5. Read and accept the terms of use of the community.

Congratulations! You are now a community member!

Bear in mind that each community may set its own entry requirements (e.g. employees must provide their ID number for verification).
