Why was my account blocked?
The use of the app requires that activities must be carried out in accordance with our terms of use. To ensure that users comply with these, we routinely monitor activities. If our data indicates that the wrong mode of transport was selected (e.g. a car was used but a bike/scooter was selected in the app), then activities do not comply with our terms of use and the respective users will be informed by email. If three warnings have been issued within a certain period of time, we will be forced to block the account concerned.
