I get the message "This e-mail address already exists". Why is that and what can I do?

You will receive a message like this if you have already created an account with this e-mail address. If you already know this and are still wondering why you are receiving this message, it may be that you are not in the login window, but in the registration window.

To get to the login window, tap on “Log in now” under “Already have an account?”. This will take you to the login window, where you can enter your login details.
