Where can I find my ummadum UserID?

So that we can help you with your enquiry as quickly as possible, we would also be grateful if you could provide us with your twelve-digit User ID, consisting of letters and numbers, in addition to your question.

You can find out where you can find the user ID here:

1. Open the ummadum app
2. Go to “Profile” at the bottom right
3. Scroll all the way down

You should now find the information “ummadum member since” and “ID” in grey letters below the ummadum logo.
