I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
How to log out of the ummadum app and change your password:
- Open the ummadum app
- Tap on “Profile” in the bottom right-hand corner
- Tap on the cogwheel symbol in the top right-hand corner
- Now tap on “Log out” in red font
- Now tap on the green “Continue with email” button
- Tap on “Forgot your password?” in blue in the bottom left-hand corner
- Enter your email address
- You will receive an email to this email address
- Open the link in this email and enter your new password
You should now have successfully changed your password.
