As a passenger, how can I cancel an accepted journey?

After the driver has accepted your ride request, follow the steps below to cancel your ride:

  1. Tap on “Show ride” (green button) in the dashboard
  2. Scroll down a little and tap on “Cancel ride”
  3. Confirm that you really want to cancel the ride by tapping on “Yes”

You have successfully cancelled your ride.
