Why was my activity not counted towards the challenge?
If an activity has not been counted towards your challenge, there may be various reasons for this:
- You have performed an activity type that is not intended for this challenge
- There are challenges in which only certain activities count as challenge activities. If, for example, only activities on foot and by bike count as challenge activities, then an activity on public transport cannot be counted as a challenge activity.
- You have not started or completed an activity at a community location.
- For challenges, it can be assumed that the activities only need to be started or completed at the community location in order to be counted as a challenge activity.
- You have reached the daily maximum of challenge activities
- To make the challenge conditions fair for every participant, daily limits can be set. If you have reached this limit, the activity can no longer be counted as a challenge activity.
- You have reached your hour limit for challenge activities
- In order to make the challenge conditions fair for every participant, hour limits can also be set. If you reach this limit, any further activity can no longer be counted as a challenge activity. As soon as you have reached your hourly limit, you will receive a push notification.
- You are not yet in the community organising the challenge
- Check whether you have joined the community in the ummadum app
